In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we made the decision to suspend services that would put the health and safety of clients and staff at risk during March/April. Although this continues to be a difficult and trying time for many, there is a sense of optimism in the air as the government set out the phased reduction of the UK lockdown. In their latest publication, The British Government has stated that: “a tradesperson carrying out essential repairs and maintenance in people’s homes, or who are carrying out other work in a home; such as cleaning” can be allowed to work providing that you are well and have no symptoms.
This is very good news for Annie’s Mobile Cleaning service and as a result we are pleased to be able to resume all Domestic and Commercial cleaning on Monday June 1st 2020.
We will operate as usual by following extra measures to safely provide our services. Below is an outline of the measures we’re adopting to keep all our clients and staff safe, as well as our community support and the appreciation of all key workers in the combatting the virus.
During a cleaning visit:
We will be notifying all clients in advance of arrival. On entry to the home/business premise, at regular intervals throughout, and when leaving the property staff will wash their hands using soap and water for minimum 20 seconds. Should facilities to wash hands not be available, hand sanitising will be used frequently, and staff will carry these on their person at all times.
Helping you to stay alert.
